1. Who we are

Nove Ops ("Nove", "we", "us") is a distributed product studio that designs and develops AI-powered mobile software for clients and for our own brands such as Femini.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts to engage Nove or submit information.
2. Use of content. All copy, imagery, and assets on this site belong to Nove. Do not reproduce them without written consent.
3. Acceptable behavior. You agree not to probe, scrape, or disrupt the site or any prototypes we provide.
4. Assumption of risk. You access our websites, demos, and AI showcases at your own risk. It is your responsibility to validate any insights, back up your systems, and ensure that the way you use our materials complies with your internal security, procurement, and regulatory obligations.
