Femini terms of use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Femini you agree to these terms as well as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store agreements. If you disagree, uninstall the app and discontinue use.

2. License

NoveOps grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Femini for personal photo enhancement. You may not reverse engineer, resell access, or use the app to build competing datasets.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload media that you own the rights to and comply with local laws.
• Do not attempt to extract the models, UI assets, or proprietary copy included in Femini.
• Avoid abusive, defamatory, or harmful content when using AI prompts.
• Respect other users by refraining from spam, harassment, or misinformation.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Femini Lite and future plans are billed through Apple or Google via RevenueCat. Fees renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the platform or through Customer Center.

5. AI enhancements & limitations

Femini uses a mix of on-device and managed AI pipelines. Results vary based on source image quality, lighting, and device performance. We cannot guarantee that all edits will be accurate or suitable for every scenario. Always review outputs before sharing.

6. Intellectual property

Femini, its logo, UI, and code remain the property of NoveOps. You retain rights to your original photos and enhanced exports.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose security risks. You may end these terms at any time by uninstalling the app.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Femini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoveOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that you install, configure, and operate Femini entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your devices, backing up originals, validating AI outputs before sharing, and ensuring your use complies with industry-specific regulations or client agreements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoveOps, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Femini, your violation of these terms, or any infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms when shipping new features such as AI Photos, AI Filters, and Textual Edits. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
