Femini privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data. When you install Femini from the App Store or Google Play, the stores share anonymized analytics and crash diagnostics. If you email our team we store your contact info to answer questions.
• Photos. Femini needs access to your photo library to import, enhance, and display images. Imported photos stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
• Usage metrics. We log basic events such as button taps, subscription status, and feature usage inside the app to improve reliability.
• Subscription data. Purchases are handled by Apple / Google and RevenueCat. We receive non-sensitive purchase tokens, entitlement status, and anonymized identifiers.

2. How we use data

• Power core functionality such as the enhance, AI Photos, AI Filters, and Textual Edits tabs.
• Diagnose crashes, performance issues, and photo processing quality.
• Manage subscriptions, paywalls, and Customer Center requests.
• Respond to support tickets and beta feedback.

3. On-device processing

Photo selections are handled locally. Enhancements rely on optimized on-device models or secure cloud workers depending on your settings. We never use your library to train future models without explicit consent.

4. Third parties

• Apple / Google. App distribution, in-app purchases, diagnostics.
• RevenueCat. Subscription management, entitlements, paywall UI, Customer Center.
• Analytics. Privacy-first tools for aggregated usage reporting.
• Cloud providers. Optional photo enhancement queues when you opt-in to cloud processing.

5. Your choices

• Use system settings to revoke photo or camera access at any time.
• Disable analytics or crash sharing in the app settings panel.
• Export or delete account and subscription info by submitting the Femini support form.

6. Data retention

Photo thumbnails cache locally and can be cleared in-app. Subscription records are retained while your plan is active plus 3 years for compliance. Support conversations are kept for 18 months.

7. Children

Femini is designed for users 16+ and should not be used by children. We delete any information collected from minors once discovered.

8. Security & enterprise responsibilities

We apply layered security, encryption, and strict access controls for the services we manage. You acknowledge that no mobile app or cloud workflow is entirely immune from intrusion, and you remain responsible for configuring your devices, MDM policies, and backup processes to meet your own corporate standards.

9. Risk disclosure

By installing Femini you accept that AI-generated edits, storage, or transfers of media are performed at your own risk. NoveOps is not liable for lost work, corrupted files, reputational harm, or regulatory exposure that results from how you choose to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such issues.
